2. Scope and Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms and conditions under which services are provided (medical and/or aesthetic consultations and treatments) by Precious Episode Lda, including the online booking and/or payment of these services.
3. Prices and Payments
The prices of the services presented on the website (where applicable) include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Precious Episode Lda makes the following payment methods available through the partner Ifthenpay: Multibanco Reference, MB WAY, Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Time Limits and Conditions for the Provision of Services
Since Precious Episode Lda provides services and does not sell physical products with postal delivery, the following conditions apply:
- The provision of the service (“delivery”) is carried out in person at the clinic’s premises on the date and time previously scheduled and confirmed.
- For payments made online (e.g. to secure bookings), confirmation of the appointment will be sent to the client by email within a maximum of 24 hours after payment has been validated.
- Any changes or cancellations by the client must comply with the notice periods agreed at the time of booking.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The client has the right to withdraw from the service contract within 14 calendar days, without needing to state any reason, counting from the day following the conclusion of the contract (payment/booking).
Exercise of the Right
To exercise this right, the client must notify Precious Episode Lda of their decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. email to geral@drajoanafaria.pt).
Exceptions and Refunds
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has already been fully provided or if its performance has begun with the client’s prior and express consent and with the acknowledgement that they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund of payments will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
